We would like to take this opportunity to thank our subscribers for their loyalty and continuing patronage, and to show our appreciation we are now offering billing credits for qualified referrals. That means you can reduce your monthly rate by $1.00 per month for each new customer you refer to our XVI Internet Service. There is no limit to the amount of friends or family you can refer but the maximum amount of credit can be no greater than your monthly bill. Your credits continue to apply for as long as the subscriber and the referred subscriber remain in in good standing. Participation is simple. Just tell your friends and family to stop by the RTL Systems office at 1046 E. Commercial Ave or call us at 219-696-4984 to sign up with us. and tell us that you referred them. Program Rules
1) Only active XVI Internet customers in good standing are eligible to receive referral credits.
2) Referral credits are applied to the referring customer's next invoice(s).
3) Each referral credit has a maximum value of $1.00 per month. but credits may not exceed your actual monthly bill.
4) Referral credits are not redeemable for cash.
5) The new customer must give the referring customer's correct full name or exact xvi.net email address during sign up. The referring customer must be correctly and uniquely identified with the information given to qualify for referral credit. Only one referring account can be credited per new account.
6) Once a valid account is specified as the referring account, it can not be changed nor transferred to another account at a later date.
7) Adding services to an existing account does not qualify for referral credit. The customer must be unique and "new" to XVI's Internet Service. Persons who have had XVI Internet Service in the past may not be used for referral credits.
8) Credits are valid as long as the new customer remains with XVI Internet in good standing If the new customer cancels the referral credit is cancelled at that time and will not be reinstated if the customer returns at a later date.
9) Referral credits are not valid with any other offer.
